Membership Auto Payments
Thank you for walking with us on your healing journey.
Membership subscriptions renew automatically each month on the day the original subscription was purchased.
No action is required if you wish to stick to your current monthly plan.
If your billing information has changed, you can update your payment details by sending an email request to our Customer Care Helpers at Energetic Explorations. They will be in touch within 2 business days. Please do not send payment details in the email.
To cancel your membership, please send an email to Energetic Explorations. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the next monthly payment, please allow 5 business days prior to the auto renewal date.

Monthly memberships are fully refundable up to 7 days after monthly auto payment. Purchased programs are fully refundable up to 7 days after purchase, only if 30% or less of the program has been viewed. After 7 days and/or if more than 30% of the program has been viewed, the purchase is non-refundable.
